He has also had the opportunity to lead the function as HR head and lead the global agenda for Leadership Development.
Srideep has also received multiple awards for the business impact of development interventions. In his early career, he held business roles in sales and banking environments. This varied experience often helps him to quickly understand clients' unique worlds.
